A virtual card is issued instantly after verification is complete. A physical card is manufactured and delivered by our partners within 7-14 business days.
You can fund your fiat account via bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) or via card
Yes. We are registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (No. M21307932) and with the Bank of Canada as a Payment Service Provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act. Your fiat funds are held in accordance with RPAA requirements. Cards are issued by licensed partners under a Visa/Mastercard program.
